Sustainability and wellbeing strategy
Ineria Management was involved from the moment the sustainability and wellbeing strategy was defined. Together with the client, it established the criteria to be defined and considered both during the project development phase and throughout the management phase, applying a unified approach for several locations (buildings on Colomer Street, 9; Colomer Street even numbers (8, 10, and 12); and Farmacia Street, 12), thus achieving significant synergies.
