Roberto Zin Teixeira

ESG Consultant & Green Building

I am a sustainability and regeneration consultant with a background in Civil Engineering, specializing in the design and management of more resilient and responsible built environments.

Since 2020, I have developed my professional career through sustainable building projects in Spain, Portugal, and Italy, applying integrated and regenerative methodologies that go beyond conventional sustainability. I work with certifications such as LEED, WELL, BREEAM, and ILFI (Living Building Challenge), collaborating in all project phases: from energy modeling with DesignBuilder and life cycle assessment with One Click LCA, to water, waste, and healthy materials management, and construction monitoring.

In addition, I combine my technical expertise with a systemic thinking approach, designing processes that address current environmental and social challenges. I hold a degree in Civil Engineering from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS), completed an academic exchange at the University of New South Wales (Australia), and earned a master’s degree in Sustainable Intervention in the Built Environment from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.

I have also completed training in Permaculture, which reinforces my holistic and regeneration-based vision. My goal is to contribute to projects that not only reduce their environmental impact, but also generate positive value for both people and the planet.
