I am a Senior Consultant in Sustainable Building at Ineria Management, where I have the privilege of promoting sustainable practices in construction and urban planning. My education and experience reflect my passion for sustainability and improving the built environment. I am an Architect specialized in Basic Habitability, with a PhD in Urban Planning and Territorial Management. My focus lies in continually seeking innovative models of management and strategic planning that incorporate sustainability criteria, energy efficiency, and social participation. My additional training is extensive and diverse. I have acquired knowledge in low-impact construction and urban solutions, circularity strategies, embedded carbon reduction in construction sectors, energy efficiency certification, and environmental building certification systems, including LEED AP BD+C, BREEAM ES Housing Assessor, WELL experience, and expertise in environmental certification for urban developments with BREEAM ES Urbanism training. Furthermore, I specialize in participatory methodologies that I apply to enhance habitats and promote community collaboration.
