Desenhado pelo arquiteto Julio Cano Lasso em 1992, o \u201cElcano\u201d conta com uma \u00e1rea de cerca de 22.000 m2.<\/span><\/p>\n

Certifica\u00e7\u00f5es WELL Core e BREEAM ES Em USO<\/a><\/h2>\n

Ap\u00f3s a sua aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o pela empresa Barings Real Estate, o atual propriet\u00e1rio decidiu implementar no edif\u00edcio o padr\u00e3o de sustentabilidade BREEAM ES Em Uso. Al\u00e9m disso, tendo em conta que se iria realizar um projeto de adapta\u00e7\u00e3o do edif\u00edcio, decidiu-se tamb\u00e9m implementar e certificar o im\u00f3vel com o padr\u00e3o WELL Core v2 Pilot, de sa\u00fade e bem-estar. <\/span><\/p>\n

Tanto a certifica\u00e7\u00e3o BREEAM ES Em Uso, orientada para a sustentabilidade do im\u00f3vel, bem como para o bem-estar e sa\u00fade dos seus ocupantes, como a certifica\u00e7\u00e3o WELL Core v2 Pilot, orientada especificamente para o bem-estar e a sa\u00fade, acrescentam um valor adicional ao im\u00f3vel.<\/span><\/p>\n

A Ineria Management<\/a> assessorou a Barings <\/a>na sua estrat\u00e9gia e realizou a consultoria integral para ambas as certifica\u00e7\u00f5es, incluindo a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e9via, a consultoria nas fases de projeto e execu\u00e7\u00e3o, os testes pr\u00e9vios WELL, a gest\u00e3o da certifica\u00e7\u00e3o junto do IWBI <\/a>(International Well Building Institute), o apoio na implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de melhorias, a auditoria e o relat\u00f3rio de certifica\u00e7\u00e3o BREEAM.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Durante as fases de projeto e execu\u00e7\u00e3o, trabalh\u00e1mos em estreita colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com a equipa de design e constru\u00e7\u00e3o para garantir que fossem cumpridos os requisitos de sustentabilidade, sa\u00fade e bem-estar estabelecidos pelos padr\u00f5es BREEAM ES Em Uso e WELL Core.<\/p>\n

O edif\u00edcio obteve a certifica\u00e7\u00e3o BREEAM ES Em Uso (certificado parte 1, muito bom) no dia 05\/08\/2022.
