sustainability benchmark in Madrid, having obtained the prestigious LEED Platinum certification, the highest international recognition for energy efficiency and sustainable design in commercial buildings.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">With 15 office floors and a three-level podium dedicated to common spaces, including a gym, caf\u00e9, and lobby, this building not only provides a modern and efficient work environment but also sets new standards in responsible construction.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Project Vision<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>From its inception, the Torre M\u00e9ndez \u00c1lvaro project was conceived with an ambitious goal: to develop a state-of-the-art office building fully aligned with the best international practices in sustainability and energy efficiency.<\/p>\n<p>The commitment to ESG criteria (environmental, social, and governance) and the need to integrate sustainability at every stage of the project set a demanding approach from the outset.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>The partnership between Ineria and Acix Energ\u00eda<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The achievement of LEED Platinum certification was made possible through the strategic collaboration between <a href=\"https:\/\/acix.es\/acix-energia-2\/\">ACIX <\/a>and Ineria Management.<\/p>\n<p>ACIX led the project&#8217;s engineering, applying innovative solutions for energy efficiency, resource optimization, and improvement of indoor environmental quality.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Ineria Management coordinated and oversaw the entire LEED certification process, working
