Ineria supports the transformation of an industrial building into a European benchmark for sustainability<\/h1>\n

Infinito Delicias is an ambitious sustainable rehabilitation project that has achieved the BREEAM ES Exceptional certification. Located in the centre of Madrid, it transforms a former industrial building into a multifunctional space where offices, sustainable cooking training, and a citizen experimentation centre focused on art, culture, and innovation converge. <\/p>\n

This project aims to adapt a historic building to contemporary sustainability and social responsibility needs, setting a new standard for integrating public and private spaces under a \u201cthird place\u201d approach. According to an article published in El Mundo<\/strong>, Infinito Delicias<\/strong><\/a> aspires to become a hybrid space where Madrid locals, artists, businesses, startups, and foundations can coexist.
Additionally, the project emphasizes the creation of an urban garden and a carefully curated selection of plants to enhance biodiversity and establish a climate island during the summer months. The gastronomic component is also significant, featuring experimental kitchens and food labs that will serve as incubators for new restaurant ventures. These spaces will provide chefs and entrepreneurs with the opportunity to test menus and business models before launching their restaurants, fostering sustainable dining while reducing business risks. <\/p>\n
