 From a sustainability standpoint, few transportation alternatives can match the positive impact of cycling.<strong>  Riding a bicycle does not emit polluting gases or contribute to climate change.<br \/>\nIts carbon footprint is negligible compared to motor vehicles, and its production requires fewer resources and energy. <\/strong>  In addition, maintaining a bicycle is economical and sustainable.<br \/>\nNot to mention the countless<strong> benefits to<\/strong> people&#8217;s<strong> cardiovascular health<\/strong> and <strong>mental health.<\/strong><strong>Cycling not only benefits air quality by reducing carbon emissions, it can also help reduce a city&#8217;s water footprint.<\/strong> Fewer cars on the road means less polluted stormwater runoff, which in turn preserves local water resources and prevents soil erosion.   <\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>How to adopt a sustainable urban planning approach?<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;
