  Spain has experienced an increase in the frequency and severity of droughts, a phenomenon exacerbated by climate change.
\nIn particular, Catalonia has seen how decreasing precipitation and rising temperatures have significantly reduced available water resources.
\nThis affects not only agriculture and industry, but also the supply of drinking water and the quality of life of residents.
\nFor example, the decrease in precipitation has led to less water availability for irrigation, which severely harms agriculture.
