The A3e conference on Quality of the Built Environment (Madrid, April 24), has the collaboration of the main Associations that deal with this issue such as: AFEC, ASHRAE Spain Chapter, BREEAM, GBCe, FEDECAI and IFMA, and is sponsored by INERIA Management and EUROCONTROL. How the Interior Environmental Quality (CAI) conditions key aspects of buildings such as sustainability, certifications, or maintenance, will be some of the topics addressed during the day. The Quality of the Built Environment (QBE) of buildings influences the health and welfare of its occupants. In office buildings, affects the productivity of employees. The factors that condition it can be measured and evaluated, and the results for organizations as well.
The growing knowledge about these factors is converting the quality of the interior environment, and its eventual evaluation, improvement and certification, into a trend of strong growth in developed countries.
In this context, the A3e conference on Quality of the Interior Environment – CAI (Madrid, April 24) seeks to publicize the latest trends in CAI and how this quality is related to other key aspects such as sustainability, certifications (BREEAM, PASSIVHAUS , GREEN, WELL), or the maintenance of the buildings. The day is organized in collaboration with the main associations of the sector that deal with this matter, such as AFEC, ASHRAE Spain Chapter, BREEAM, GBCe, FEDECAI and IFMA, giving voice to their representatives and experts from companies such as AMBISALUD, AdC, EUROCONTROL and INERIA Management. Throughout the morning will address issues as relevant as the impact on health, measurement parameters, relationship with energy efficiency, certifications, regulatory novelties, etc.
The conference is aimed at professionals and technicians of companies related to the management of buildings, with its design and construction: Facility managers, property managers, developers and owners, architects and engineers, human resources managers and leaders of organizations concerned with improving the productivity of its employees, increase their engagement and motivation, and reduce personnel costs.
