María Angélica Pérez

I am a Sustainable Building Consultant at Ineria Management, where I apply my knowledge in the design and environmental management of buildings to promote responsible practices in the built environment.

As an architect and industrial designer, I specialize in sustainability and environmental efficiency, with a strong interest in innovation applied to architecture. I am accredited as a BREEAM Associate and have training in LEED and WELL certifications, as well as in “Advanced Building Façades and their Research” by the Institute for Renewable Energies – Eurac Research.

My experience as a sustainability consultant includes managing BREEAM certifications, developing life cycle assessments (LCA) and life cycle cost (LCC), and collaborating on various certified projects. My approach combines architectural design with tools that help reduce environmental impact and improve the quality of the built environment.
