Next March 15 will take place in the space COSENTINO CITY of Madrid this interesting Conference, which will analyze case studies of buildings modeled with the BIM methodology, the contribution of multiple benefits at the time of obtaining a BREEAM® – LEED® certificate – WELL – Passivhaus, since it allows to control and foresee a multitude of aspects related to the efficiency and sustainability of the building.
Through joint conferences with the certifying body, we will see that the materials used in the project serve as an example to explain the benefits of combining the methodologies. In BREEAM® – LEED® – WELL® – Passivhaus cases, it is possible to evaluate and verify the impact of a building from the time it is built until the end of its useful life, on sustainability or on the health and well-being of its occupants. On the other hand, the BIM system allows to make a fast and precise calculation of all the volumes of materials, which allows to streamline the process and choose the most suitable to apply for the certificates.
The Conference, organized by Bioeconomic, will have Ineria Management as a speaker, with the interventions of Cristina Gallego, an International Architec phD, LEED AP and BREEAM Assesor, and Alejandro Cobos, Director of Energy Efficiency and Sustainability and founding partner of INERIA Management.
