Ineria Management has been chosen by Generali to carry out the comprehensive consultancy for the LEED CS Gold sustainability certification of the office building located at number 130 in Madrid’s Paseo de la Castellana.
The 13,658 m2 building is undergoing a major refurbishment and update, and it is within this framework that it has been decided to implement high sustainability standards and certify the building with LEED CS, with Gold category.
The services entrusted to Ineria include feasibility analysis, consulting in the project and execution phases, energy simulation, site assessment, fundamental and improved commissioning.
LEED® (Leadership in energy efficiency and environmental design) is an international system of building sustainability and high efficiency, with high recognition and implementation. Developed by the US Green Building Council (USGBC), is characterized by providing an assessment of the sustainability of the building according to 6 main categories: Location and transport, sustainable sites, efficient use of water, energy and atmosphere, use of materials and resources, and quality of the indoor environment, adding to these the categories of innovation and regional priority.
